Operating in a different country can get blurry.

Our local expertise brings the full picture into focus.

001  /  The ground

We point you to the right routes in Israel.

Regulations, registries and market data can be read from anywhere. What cannot be read from outside is who actually decides, which door opens first, what an approval really takes, and which partner is worth signing with. Those answers are not held in documents. They are held by people.

That is where foreign operations lose time and money, because it reaches the decisions and not the paperwork. How to set the operation up. Which partnership to enter and which to decline. What a piece of land is genuinely worth and who has to agree before it moves. Whether a supplier can deliver. What a regional council will accept before you formally ask. Commercial, regulatory, practical — in the end it is one judgement, and it cannot be made from a distance.

That judgement belongs to someone who lives and works here. NEX knows who to approach and in what order, opens the doors that matter, and puts you in front of the right people — the authorities, the councils, the landholders, the suppliers and the partners worth having. Whether you are setting up or already running, the connection is there instead of being built one introduction at a time. You keep command of your operation.

002  /  Who you work with

NEX is your one-stop shop.

Led by Maayan Tzairi Attorney LL.B, LL.M

NEX is the single address where a foreign operation meets Israel. Authorities, regional councils, landholders, suppliers, partners, workforce, customs — instead of assembling that map yourself and hoping the pieces connect, you work through one point that already holds it.

What we do is broker. We translate what you want into who has to say yes, approach them in the order that works, and stay in the room while it is negotiated. You are not handed a list of names. You are introduced, and the conversation starts already warm.

Led by Maayan Tzairi — an attorney by training, with a background in business development, entrepreneurship, and digital and AI advisory. That mix is the point: knowing the rule is the easy half, and the value is in knowing who to approach, in what order, and what they will actually agree to.

003  /  Where to start

Three questions. Then we both know the shape of it.

Answer these and it is already clear whether this is a short conversation or a long one. Both are fine.

01

Are you already operating in Israel?

Arriving and correcting are two different jobs. The first can be planned in the right order. The second means unpicking decisions that were already taken — often by someone who was not here either. Both are workable. Not with the same approach.

02

What does the activity actually involve?

Land, permits, suppliers, people, imports, partners, authorities, local communities. Most operations touch four or five of these at once — and each one leads to a different set of people, in a different part of the country, who do not talk to each other.

03

Where is it getting stuck?

A door that will not open. A counterparty you have no way to read. A request that comes back with neither a yes nor a no. What stalls a foreign operation here is rarely a rule you have broken — far more often it is a relationship you do not have.

If you can answer those three, we can start.
